Hastings Public Access Channel on Charter Cable Channel 181 provides educational and informative programming to cable subscribers in the Hastings area. HPAC encourages local service clubs, community groups, non-profit organizations, city, state and federal government entities to utilize the channel by airing programming of general interest to this area.
